excellent story! very well told! my teeth are remembering their fellow friend that once got tugged and jerked and yanked for hours by student doctors who were delighted to have a challenge on their hands...eventually a nurse came, half an hour of more yanking - while going through all the pain you are talking about - and then proceeded to break and crush and bang the thing up till it started to shatter, o so slowly but surely...and right down into the root too please note, so that she could then pick the pieces up and out.... Turned out it was a tooth that was fine and healthy and could have been salvaged... aaarrggh. Wonder if being one tooth down on the right side of the jaw affects balance and position of the head...thoughts, etc... probably... hmmm
